Specializing in residential real estate in Baltimore City, Brendan Cooke and Catrin Davies of Passport Realty have many years of experience in real estate sales and investing.  They have watched, enjoyed, and contributed to the Mt. Vernon renaissance over the past few years.  Dedicated to the success and health of the Mount Vernon Cultural district, Brendan and Catrin firmly believe that the success of local arts organizations and businesses is directly tied to the high real estate values in Mt. Vernon, and the overall landscape that makes this neighborhood and this entire city so terrific!  Having relocated to Baltimore in order to attend the prestigious Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University, Brendan holds an advanced degree in Opera Performance, in addition to his extensive training in real estate.  Catrin also has a Peabody degree in Voice Performance, as well as a Masters from Oxford University. Realizing that the rigors of a life on the road were not acceptable to either of them, they have made real estate their full time careers (which still occasionally leaves flexibility to “tread the boards” at the Lyric, and various other venues.)  Over the past five years, they have become dominant players in the condominium market in Mount Vernon, having helped many out-of-state investors cash in their investments, as well as empty-nesters’ looking to move back into the city in order to be close to the culture that they love, and young professionals seeking their first home without sacrificing an urban lifestyle.  They have an intimate knowledge of city real estate, and all of the wonderful neighborhoods, not limited to Mount Vernon by any means.
